The company owns all the required tooling to manufacture its product.This is done by a company called GEWISE in TAIWAN.We have dealt with GEWISE for 10 years and would recommend them to any person wishing to obtain certain products from an over seas company.
High pressure aluminimum die casting and other non rusting parts such as stainless steel are used in the manufacture.This is an expensive way of producing but required for health reasons in meat works and the fishing industry.NO RUST generated
The product is a special hand operated knife sharpener that has been refined over the last 11 years for mainly use by meat workers -- farmers and chefs etc.
The sharpener is manufactured to meet health and safety standards as laid down by the various GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS.
