In order to meet the need of morden oilfield, a new genration liner is developed by Qingdao
zhifeng petroleum equipment co.,ltd and a petroleum university, that is carbon crystal compostive liner
For the new liner, the main body produced by high quality alloy steel, so that the compressive strenght is ≥75MPa, and the inner surface adopt special treatment method, which made the liner have the
property of wear resistant, corrosion resistance, hight strength and self-lubricating.
And The main property is the liner can be reusable, because of this, the cost is reduced more.
1.high strength: as the main body is made from high quality alloy steel, by quenching,
the overall strength is about 50% higher than normal bi-metal liner.
2.High wear resistance: because of the special treatment, the hardness of inner surface reach HRC77.
3.Wear resistance: owing to the fairly stable property of the inner surface stuff, it is strongly
resistant the erosion of S2-, Cl-, and suitable for the drilling environment.
4.self-lubricating: there are a certain proportion of organic molecules plastic material
in the inner surface, so it have good self-lubricating, the abrasion wear is reduced and the
service life is extended
5.Reusable: ordinary liner just can be sold as scrap iron after wear and tear, our product was
made from some material, when the inner surface is wear and tear, it can be reamed and reduced,
as this process, it can be used for 6 times
Therefor, the service life will be twice than bi-metal liner, the cost will be reduced about 70%,
which achieve a real sense of energy saving!
